Gatto Public Relations (GPR) respects each individual’s right to personal privacy. We collect and use information through our web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement. This statement applies solely to information collected at the GPR web site. GPR is a company registered in the province of Ontario, Canada.

Part I.  Information Collection

GPR collects information through our web site at several points.  We collect the following information about primary visitors: the browser that you use, your IP address and the information that you provide on the registration form enclosed on this site.

GPR does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask a child under 13 to divulge personal information.

We collect this information through contact forms and internet tracking. Information regarding the web pages visited, length of visit and time of day, dates, first pages entered, browsers used, IP addresses, geographic location and area, referring pages are collected through normal internet tracking programs.

The GPR web site does employ cookies. A cookie is a small text file that our web server places on a user’s computer hard drive to be a unique identifier. Cookies enable GPR to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users.  Our cookies do have an expiration date. Our cookies do not collect personally identifiable information.

Part II.  Information Usage

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

The information collected by GPR will be used to contact web site guests with funeral information requested by the user. Users who provide information using web site forms on the GPR web site will receive answers by telephone or email. All contact information is kept confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

The information we collect will not be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history. We will not supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources.

We offer links to other web sites. Please note: When you click on links to other web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies. Their standards may differ from ours.

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will update our online Privacy Policy statement and display a revision date (e.g. January 20XX).

Part III.  Access to Information

GPR maintains the accuracy of our information by verifying it with the user.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find by e-mailing us. Users may delete their information from our database by asking us to do so.

Part IV. Problem Resolution

If problems arise, users may contact GPR by calling or emailing us and stating the concern. We are committed to resolving disputes in a reasonable time frame.
